You will offer proven ability and experience to operate at pace in a high-pressure environment that anticipates high levels of customer service demand among UK Nationals.   The Project will be looking to recruit full time (40 hrs per week) and part time (20 hrs per week) Helpline Operations staff with these skill sets, with recruited staff to start in September 2020.   Helpline Staff will report to the Project Team Manager.



  • Experience of working effectively in a helpline/call centre setting or similar for at least 

  • Exceptional call handling and listening skills

  • Outstanding organisation and planning abilities, adapting to changing circumstances

  • Proven ability to work remotely

  • Excellent team player

  • Ability to live and work legally in France



  • Previous experience working with the charitable/voluntary sector, a church organization, or the 65+ age range

  • Understanding of French language 



  • This position is expected to be offered on a local employment contract, with possible extension depending on requirements and funding.

  • Salary:   FT  25k; PT  12.5K
