You will take the lead in ensuring effective implementation of the Project, ensuring the required resources are available to meet customer demand, whether in virtual or on the ground operations across the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, where local circumstances permit.  You will have at least 2 years' experience working in a project delivery and/or voluntary organization role on the ground.  Two full-time positions (40 hrs) are envisaged. Your accountability will be to the Project Team Manager.

  • Proven, supportive volunteer management and coaching experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication in English

  • Agility to respond and adapt to changing events, requirements or timelines

  • Legally able to work in France

  • Ability to operate well orally in France, for contact with local stakeholders

  • Full, clean driving licence



  • Previous experience working with the charitable/voluntary sector, a church organization, or the 65+ age range

  • Possible familiarity with the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region



  • These positions are expected to be offered on a local employment contract, with possible extension depending on requirements and funding.

  • Salary:  30K EUR

This position will initially be part of a remote working team but on the ground services may be required for face to face events, individual or group meetings to meet the needs of the project.
