Please note that our support services will not extend to accompanied support for individuals to personal appointments arranged with local authorities in France regarding applications submitted.


We will be providing official French Government guidance and resources published on residency applications, notably on its portal, expected to be launched in October 2020.

Telephone support via helpline to provide support to UK Nationals aged 65 and over, currently living in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

The possibility of enhanced support to individuals aged 65 and over in preparing residency applications, in strict accordance with local and Diocese in Europe safeguarding requirements. This will be provided by caseworkers, recruited for this Project.


Sign-posting support to other agencies or authorities that may be linked to residency

application (e.g., health care, pensions, tax status) and advice on issues or queries that may be complex.
